SHIPPING POLICY
We take pride in packaging every order we receive with care, and wish to deliver your products in the most efficient way possible. Please read the information on our shipping policy below so that you may receive your product as expected.
Domestic Shipping
All orders within the US will receive FREE SHIPPING with no minimum order price requirement. All orders will be shipping via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow for 1-4 business days for the order to be processed prior to shipping. After the order has been processed and shipped, please allow for 2-5 business days for your product to reach your destination. *Please note, that due to covid-19, there have been delays in the USPS postal service. Your package may arrive later than initially anticipated.*
International Shipping
Orders outside of the US will be charged for shipping based upon the customer's location. If customs or any other additional charges occur, the customer is 100% responsible for those fees.
Returns
At this time, due to Covid-19, we are not offering returns or exchanges.
Order Status + Tracking
To check the status of your order, please log in to your account and check your order history.
Once you have made a purchase, to track your order, you will be given a tracking number that can be found on your confirmation email to view the status of your order.
If you accidentally entered in the wrong mailing address, please email us at info@shopmaizie.com. If we have not processed the order yet, we can update the address. However, we are not responsible if the order, has already been processed.
Sales Tax
MAIZIE is based in Florida. Florida shipments will include 6% sales tax at the time of checkout. Customers are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
